In your role as Programm Manager - Design Thinking Experte (W/M/D) you are the key contact for our students participating in the Corporate Campus Challenge and take ownership of its success and further evolution.

The Corporate Campus Challenge is a practice-oriented program for young talents to develop entrepreneurial skills and create unconventional solutions. Participants gain valuable entrepreneurial know-how through Design Thinking and Lean Startup methods.

Your fields of action in a glance:

Team Leadership: You lead a small, agile team and create an outstanding program experience for students and corporate partners.
Program Development: You continuously design and improve content to enhance entrepreneurial skills.
Structure: You develop the program design, coordinate schedules, content, and milestones.
Organization: You plan and conduct sessions and events, also serving as a trainer.
Analysis: You collect KPIs and feedback to continuously improve the program.
Selection: You manage the application process and identify the most committed participants.
Talent Development: You recognize outstanding talents and support them.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

Qualification: You have completed vocational training or a degree and gained initial experience in project or event management.
Methods: You are skilled in Design Thinking, Lean Startup & UX and confidently share your knowledge.
Project Management: You manage multiple projects simultaneously, control budgets, and ensure smooth processes.
Coaching & Communication: You coach others, deliver powerful presentations, and communicate clearly and solution-oriented.
Tools: You use HubSpot, Notion, and Slack to optimize our processes.
Networking: You build strong relationships and have a keen sense for stakeholder needs.
Languages & Culture: You speak German and English fluently and enjoy intercultural exchange.
