• Expand Partnerships: You build long-term, strategic connections—from startup hubs and institutes to local businesses—and turn contacts into true alliances.
• Shaping Communication: You keep the exchange with our partners vibrant, create meaningful dialogues, and actively strengthen our ecosystem.
• Increasing Visibility: You represent the us as a reliable anchor in the Heilbronn innovation network and position the region as a strong, innovative hub.
• Enabling Collaboration: You identify potential for new projects, bring the right people together, and open doors for shared synergies.
• Experiencing Innovation: You are where new ideas come to life – at events, meetups, or public appearances – showcasing the ecosystem at its best.
• Strengthen Collaboration: You work in a trusting, equal partnership with our program and project managers as well as our community team.

• You hold a degree, regardless of your field of study, and have already gained practical experience in the startup, sales, or corporate environment.
• You identify synergies and untapped potential and proactively build strong, long-term relationships through active networking.
• You work in a structured way, think in a connected manner, and excel in communication – whether engaging with founders or interacting with decision-makers.
• You are fluent in German and English, and feel equally comfortable in intercultural teams as on the international stage.
