Head of Investment (W/M/D)

In your role as Head of Investment you will lead our Ventures Division as a reliable and direct point of contact for all strategic and personnel matters.

• Strategic Leadership: You lead the Campus Founders Venture Studio end-to-end and own its investment strategy, portfolio direction, and overall performance.
• Dealflow & Diligence: You manage our dealflow and due diligence and prepare investment decisions for the Investment Committee, building a strong portfolio of early-stage start-ups.
• Team Management: You build, lead, and develop a high-performing team and foster a culture of ownership, focus, and impact.
• Financial Management: You own the studio's investment budget and lead ecosystem-driven capital deployment.
• Ecosystem & Networking: You represent the studio externally and grow our ecosystem of founders, mentors, corporates, and investors.
• Founder Support: You guide and support our portfolio founders from first investment through follow-on rounds, milestones, and exits.

• Industry Experience: You bring several years of experience in venture capital, startup building, or as a founder, with a proven track record in early-stage investing.
• Strategic Thinking: You think strategically and entrepreneurially and drive sound investment processes even under uncertainty.
• Leadership Skills: You have led teams and know how to motivate, develop, and hold people accountable.
• Network & Relations: You bring a strong network in the startup, investor, and tech ecosystem and build trusted relationships with ease.
• Analytical Skills: You combine strong financial and analytical skills with a sharp sense for people and business models.
• Communication: You communicate confidently and professionally in both German and English.
