Working Student - Event Support (W/M/D)

• Event Support: You will support your team throughout the entire event management process—from the initial idea and planning to execution and on-site support during our event formats (including evenings and occasionally weekends).
• Coordination: You will assist in coordinating with external service providers, agencies, and internal stakeholders, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of our events.
• Hands-on Mentality: You will actively contribute to day-to-day operations, take on organizational tasks, and support your team wherever help is needed most.
• Team Support: You are reliable, stay organized even in the fast-paced environment of event operations, and contribute proactively as a dedicated team player.

• Your Background: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
• Initial Experience: Whether through internships, part-time jobs, or volunteer work, you ideally have gained some first experience in event organization, customer service, retail, trade fairs, or the hospitality industry.
• Communication Skills: You communicate confidently in English, ideally also in German, and stand out with your open, service-oriented approach.
• Availability: You are available to support our team at our Heilbronn location for up to 15 hours per week. Your working hours will primarily be in the afternoons and evenings.
